Wine Information

Sauvignon blanc is well suited to the Red Hills appellation of Lake County, where bright, cloudless days and cool morning temperatures allow for great flavor development. Gregory Graham believes Sauvignon blanc is best when the wine has bright flavors that are not reduced, vegetative or herbal. In the vineyard, the canopies are carefully opened by pulling leaves to expose the fruit to sunlight, which leads to more color and flavors.
